You are most welcome to join us for our anual YOGA and TANTRA MASSAGE retreat on a beautiful mountain side tucked away in the heart of Portugal. We will guide you through various practices to introduce you to the wonders of yoga if you are new or deepen your practice for those with experience. We will offer teachings and insights into your understanding of yourself and other men in a loving and respectful environment.

We will work with asanas (yoga postures), breathing, meditation, movement, dance, touch, massage and more.

This is a rural location lying in a mountain valley making this an ideal site for a yoga and massage retreat with the luxury
of a saltwater pool which is quiet and very private, so we can swim naked. Single and double bedrooms. And lots of extra space including big terraces. Beautiful gardens and hidden places.

We encourage you to arrive early and get settled in during the afternoon in time for a delicious meal with the other participants.
 
Program
This is a full program retreat full of unforgettable workshops and classes with a little free time mixed into the schedule so as to have a little down time also. You have two very experienced teachers with a wondrous array of talents guiding you through a stimulating week, connecting inwards and outwards. Something you will never forget easily. Classes/workshops will be in english, and can be translated into french, dutch, german.

Costs
890 €
For this price you will receive 3 delicious meals daily prepared by a professional Belgian chef, all yoga and meditation classes, workshops, guided tours.
We offer an early bird price for 840€ if you register before June 1oth.

Other expenses not included
Transportation to Quinta da Flores. 
The easiest way is to take a bus from Lissabon or Porto to Figueiro dos Vinhos: http://www.rede-expressos.pt
Ask us for more information. Then we will pick you up by car at Figueiro dos Vinhos which will take about 10 minutes to the Quinta. Another option is to gather at Porto airport and we can pick a group up there.
 
Registration
Secure your place with a deposit of  400 €. Fees must be paid in full by 1st of July.

 
Refund policy
Once payment has been made, cancellation with refund or exchange may occur up until 4 weeks prior to the start date, with a 20% administration fee deducted. Within 4 weeks of start date, no refund or exchange will be given. We will not refund or give credit for any missed sessions. Fees are refundable for medical reasons with a medical note, and as a result of any changes or cancellations on our part.
